On the 31 March 2013 I upgraded to a new contract.
They had a deal on their I phone's. R400 for a I phone, 200 free minutes etc.
I went in on that day, because that was the last day for that deal. Signed the contract and since my upgrade was only due in July 2013 I had to wait 3 months. No problem.
July came and I saw that Cell C is charging me R529, 01. I phoned the customer service and the agent told me that it's only that sum, because it's a new contract. What a load of nonsense. This month the same story. I phoned in again and now they say my contract a month is R529, 01. What???
How can you just take someones money like that. After signing a contract for R400.
I want my money back. My money from last month and this month.
Take it up with your incompetent sales people that didn't do their jobs properly.
I want it back as in yesterday.
I have it signed on black and white.
R400 a month!!!
