I had two contracts with Cell C, after a while i found that they are deducting a lot more money from my account as per contract with them, I complained and was told that the money cannot be paid back but i will be compensated by means of a free gift, after about a month i did receive a cellphone delivers by a courier company, i signed for the package and was very happy with my compensation. when the time came to upgrade i was told that i cannot upgrade due to a third contract on my name that was in arrears. i asked the George branch to make enquiry on this and was told after another month that can upgrade as it was a mistake. Last week i was phoned a company called Pholosa and was told that Cell c did put me on ITC and that they claim R3000.00 from me iro a contract that i did not pay, I asked for proof that i took up the contract and they told me when i signed for the parcel i signed for the contract as well, this is not in complience with the law as the delivary man is not FAIS qualified, At no stage did i gave permission for any other contract, and i need Cell c to give me proof of the tape or the signed contract, ontherwise they are a bunch of, DONT USE CELL C!!!
