I upgraded my contract (without a taking a phone) for a 6 month contract on straight up 100. I called in to the call center so there should be a recording. Now When I want to upgrade my contract again I see the contract has been incorrectly loaded as a year instead of 6 months. The contract should be finished and on a month to month basis. I want to upgrade my contract and not have to wait because Cell C made a mistake.
