NEW CELL PHONE CONTRACT

SIGNED A TWO YEAR CONTRACT WITH NASHUA MOBILE LIBERTY MALL 28 JULY 2013. CONTRACT 75 ANYTIME MINUTES WITH 200 FREE MEGS OF DATA PER MONTH INCLUDING "BIS". PHONED NASHUA MOBILE 02 AUGUST 2013 MAYBE THEY FORGOT TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE THEM TO TELL ME THE DEAL DID NOT COME WITH BIS. MUST PAY AN EXTRA R59.00 A MONTH TO ACTIVATE SERVICE. NOT WHAT I SIGNED FOR. WENT TO THEIR STORE (03 AUGUST 2013) SORT OUT. MANAGER SAID WILL PHONE & SORT OUT (05 AUGUST 2013)AS H/O IS CLOSED. NO RESPONSE (05 AUGUST 2013) UNTIL I PHONED AND SPOKE TO CHARNE'. SHE SAID MANAGER NOT IN. I WENT BACK (06 AUGUST 2013) TO RESOLVE THIS, MANAGER OFF FOR THE DAY, SPOKE TO THE SALES REP. "SIPHINDILE" AGAIN AND SHE SAID I MUST HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD HER. DEAL DOES NOT COME WITH "BIS". I SAID THAT'S NOT TRUE AS YOU "SIPHINDILE" EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW THE 'BIS" WORKS. I SAID CAN I GET ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH "BIS" TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM. "SIPHINDILE" SAYS SPECIAL DEAL. I SAID TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT. MUST PAY R150.00 PER DAY THE PHONES ARE IN MY POSSESSION. I SAID NOT FAIR AS THIS NOT MY FAULT. GOING TO REPORT THEM TO CONSUMER PROTECTION SERVICES. SAYS IT IS MY RIGHT AND MUST GO AHEAD A REPORT IT.
