I received my brandnew Blackberry 9790 from Randfontein branch 16/03/2013. The phone started giving problems on 04/04/2013, if there is no signal, phone would reboot itself. Took phone to Randfontein branch 06/04/2013. Now they want to replace parts in a brandnew phone. After phoning them today to ask when will I receive my phone, I was told that the manufacturers do not have any parts, and the do not know when they can expect the parts. It has been on backorder from 11/04/2013!!! No body could care less about the fact that you are without a phone that you pay for, and they couldn't care when you get it back.
Randfontein branch did not even want to phone the repair branch, and told me to phone them myself.
