Once again Telkom has proved that they are useless. I have been paying over R3000pm on my telkom accounts and not even making one single phone call. They claim that it is Trudon using their billing system and when I query trudon about this they dont get back to me. USELESS!

Two weeks ago my business phone lines were suspended and the reason was that I had reached my debit order limit of R2500. (I only use the lines for incoming calls) I was furious as they could have notified me but instead they suspended my lines and my business came to a standstill. I went down to my local Telkom store and paid R3547 cash. Two weeks later they all of a sudden deduct the exact same amount via debit order and this after they couldnt do it before. Now they have my money out my account. I demanded that they transfer this money back into my account today but they advised there was nothing they could do and it will take 48 hours for the money to be paid back. I CANNOT WAIT TO CUT ALL TIES WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY
