NOT TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY

On the 19th of august 2013 I lodged a claim with Autopage for my handset. I was not informed that the process is so lenghty. Its actually not my first claim with Autopage, usually I just go to their head office in Midrand and get assistted on spot. I have been an Autopage client for 10 years now!!!

Today I spoke to an incompetent team leader that kept referring me to their terms and conditions that are not on the form that I signed (I cant remember his name). He is useless, even the agent I spoke is much better than him. Why should I wait for 4 weeks??? Who can survive without a mobile phone for such a long time?? In actually fact it will be 6 weeks including the two weeks it took them to get the phone to AON.???
