I have tried over the last 4 days to get through to the MTN Insurance Division. I have held on for over 20 minutes per call, and whilst Im assuming that its a free call, time is not free. I cannot afford to wait for no service or response. Having got no response from 083 123 6084, I tried the online help via live chat at [URL Removed] To which the consultant promised my querrie had been escalated and a consultant would call me back... Im still waiting!
I tried calling on Wed 28th August at 14:53, again at 16:40 and finally at 17:40 (Only to read on their website that the hours are from 9 - 17:00.
I tried again on Thursday 29th August at 09:22
and finally on Friday 30 August at 14:00
All my calls went unanswered. I didnt get through to a single call agent. I just had to sit and listen to that gastly MTN tune over and over and over and over and over and over again.!
