3 weeks, no feedback

Today marks 3 weeks, plus another 3 weeks of being sent around between Vodacom and Autopage and all I have to show for my phone are the few, very ambiguous words below.

"Thank you for your time and patience! We would like to confirm that information requested regarding your query has been provided accordingly."

Where is my phone Autopage? Are you perhaps waiting for the 6 months CPA window to elapse and then start telling me other stories.
Very disappointed in you Autopage.
