Vodacom gave my mom three contracts under her name, this person is a pensioner, as if this isn't enough they now threatening to block all her lines due to non payments because they deduct funds on the 30 whilst she only has money in the account from the 1 st.do they have the right to block her lines even for the phone that's bought for cash? And they so bad they only take the liberty to explain all this way after the contract as been given to her, my point stop reaping our parents, grandparents off, it's unnecessary really after all how do u expect them to understand how contracts given under false pretence work, She was told she won the phone, suddenly they debiting her account.each time someone different will call her claiming they don't know about the previous conversation with the other employee, don't they load history notes when liaising with clients?
