Bad Service From Call Centres

After phoning MTN multiple times regarding R250 that keeps being taken from my airtime every month and asking them to please unsubscribe me from EVERYTHING that shows up... the one lady told me she unsubscribed me, but now yesterday i see there is still R250 that's been taken from my airtime...

I thought you guys unsubscribed me? what's the use of loading airtime if your money is been taken by someone else??? are there no service in this black country??? Very off customer!!!
