Disregard of Customer Complaints

The conversation between myself and the Vodacom department date back to end of March 2013, where i had a vodacom contract taken out in my name. There was emails back and forth during the month of April regarding the investigation and eventually i received the email below:

Please be advise that I did confirmed on the Account Number: XXXXXX (071167) which was activated on your name at Vodashop Graighall. I have requested for the disputed/ Account to be deleted and your payment profile to be update.

Yesterday 29 August 2013 when I tried to apply for a home loan, they declined because I have R19k unpaid to Vodacom as you can imagine I lost it. When I phone Matsie she gave attitude how she did it and so? She said she would send an email to their legal department requesting a letter of protection and would copy me on the mail, to which I am yet to receive the email.
