I have 4 8ta contracts Sunday 2 of my lines were Closed, no reason... account has no arrears all good. phoned the call centre logged a query no feedback phone again was told 8ta has a huge problems with lines being closed... system error
Day 3 phone again call centre said account department referred acc to collections!!! Why sorry we dont know and it might take 7days. I am not happy at all and need feedback urgent.
