On Friday (16 August 2013) I spoke to a representative of King Price- his name is Justin- AFTER filing a complaint on Twitter regarding the service I have received (lack thereof actually) from King Price. The complaint was about the repairs on my car that was involved in an accident 3 weeks ago and the lack of communication from King Price as my insurer. Things were discussed and I was supposed to receive a follow-up call with feedback from a request I made on the same day- which he promised to do. It is Tuesday (20 August) and I am still waiting on the feedback call. I tried calling the number he gave me and no one is answering, when I call the call center and ask for him by name they transfer me to a dead line.
