I logged a complaint in March of 2012 via Hellopeter.

Everytime I complain on HelloPeter they respond very quickly, sort out some interim means to keep me as a client happy, and then nothing happens for many months.

I have sent more emails as responses to the two people I dealt with, and I am not sure they even still work for Vodacom as nobody gets back to me.

My phone account has been rolling over for nearly 4 years and I keep getting billed but nobody is actually following up on this complaint. I asked for the contract to be stopped after 2 years was finished, and since I don't use that number, i have just realized they keep billing me. Nobody calls to collect. No communication from them at all.

Can someone please call me to sort this out. I am tired of calling a call centre, speaking to 300 people and explaining myself 300 times to be told they can't help, they don't know how, or they will pass it on to a manager that never calls.

Please, for goodness sake, does one have to resort to complaining on a online platform for the world to see to sort out something like this?
