MTN is Pathetic!!!
I logged a complaint and was promised feedback within 2 days. It is a week now and still no reply.
I want to speak to someone in accounts department after they have listened to the phone call in reference below. REQ:2405366
Your call agent Nomonde promised me that the matter will be passed on and apparently it was not.
I want a SOLUTION from mtn and not a description of the problem. It seems all MTN can do is explain the problem to me. I will not accept any applogies without a SOLUTION from mtn.
When listening to the phone call I want mtn to tell me if I am in the wrong (as I do not believe that I am) or if mtn is in the wrong. I do not want a "that is how the system works" excuse. I want a SOLUTION!!
This is a very basic problem, and the only thing that came from my contract with MTN is frustration. I doubt it if I will continue my contract with MTN and I will discourage anyone I know from joining mtn as a result of their bad service should I not get promp and acceptable feedback. I sa again... I want a SOLUTION
