No MMS Service

For the last month I have had no MMS service which was part of my contract. I telephoned head office to be told it must be my phone setting. I specially drove to Canal Walk out of my durisdiction to get it sorted but the shop assistant could not help me. She had to phone head office who told her that the MMS service was unavailable due to an upgrade in the system and they said it was an indefinate time. I also cannot phone vodacom numbers - tells me "number does not exist" - however when I add an extra digit to any vodacom number Im phoning suddenly I can get through to the number Im dialling??? Its just not acceptable that NO ONE will take responsibility but I am committed to paying the fee chargedmonthly for the contract I have been given by Virgin Mobile. its just not acceptable and I have been left extremely frustrated!!
