I'm also out in Somerset west area, I don't even know where to start, so far I've only had a whole load of trouble with there service, and have requested even a manager to contact me, but nothing. I've logged numerous calls for problems. Twice I've reported problems they've closed the calls without informing me nor follow-up. My line didn't work last night, so I had to go out in the rain last night, go up a ladder to temporarily secure one of there boxes, because I had to use the line. Someone was here last week and said he will come back either Friday or Monday, well I'm still waiting and believe they've closed that call.
