Firstly, no-one has resolved the issue as to why my details are listed in the phone-book - ie. full name with surname?
Secondly, no-one responded to https:///telkom/complaints/service-delivery-non-existent-1165920
Thirdly, I've not received the latest invoice from Telkom and it is Thursday 29 August 2013
