It is now for about 5 months that we no longer get our telkom invoices!!
I do however, continue, without ANY problems, ALWAYS seem to receive the threatening SMS that if I don't pay immediately, services will be suspended.
We have raised this issue on multiple occasions with the people at telkom accounts, however, the incompetence obviously continues!!
I CANNOT pay an invoice, without RECEIVING the invoice!
Simple!
What the heck must I do to get an invoice from this company?? seriously??
I'm SO fed up!!!
