Three Months - Still not what I'm paying fo

It is almost three months later. I STILL have wifi issues. I have just gotten off the phone with Telkom and been told that there is "no record" of my complaint or fault and that my internet has been "perfect since installation" How ridiculous is this company? I have to reboot my modem at least 10 times a day as it constantly freezes. I have had people over from Telkom who have come to "repair the problem" only to leave to "collect something" and NEVER return!!!
I am never able to speak to the same person and there is NEVER a record of my previous complaint. Please will someone tell me what to do
Is there nobody at Telkom who can actually fix this?
