Hi,

My brothers phone stopped working last week. We went to MTN in kenilworth and they said we needed a sim swap. We did the sim swap last friday, and they said it would take 24 hours.

It is now a week later, we have been to the store again and all they said was wait 24 hours again. This was yesterday. The new sim still is not working. I tried calling them on both the numbers but they do not pick up their phones.

Can someone who is actually capable of helping me please call me because I'm now sick of their 24 hour joke they keep telling me.
