This complaint was about the recent complete lack of any internet speed despite good signal strength.
I had one follow up call from Telkom / 8ta promising to make an appointment to visit my place and run tests.
This has never happened, and two weeks later I'd heard nothing further!
I re-posted the complaint on 22 August and this time have not even received the courtesy of a phone call.

It's nearly a month now and Telkom / 8ta has made absolutely effort to resolve this.
