I have been unable to get Telkom to sort out the ADSL problems at my house for more than a month now.

And they responded with a new reference number, but when I phone them to find out whats happening they tell me its already sorted out and repaired.
No technician was at my house at all no phone call to tell me that someone is at my house (I also gave them my work number, home number and cellphone number), also asked the neighbors and they also still have the same problem as I do (900ms local ping and 3Kbs download).
I have 0 alternatives to use other than Telkom, so if they can kindly help me out after 12 phone calls to them and 2 Hello peter posts that would be wonderful.
