Update on complaints: I received another marketing phone call from Telkom yesterday. I have never even been a customer on Telkom's database? I need to know where Telkom got my details from and why they are persisting to use my personal information in an unauthorized manner and why they are not responding to my complaints?
I think this matter would serve as a good example to media in demonstrating how our information are being compromised and exploited and how the new Consumer Protection Act is not enforceable in practice and not taken serious by leading organizations.
