I cancelled my mtn direct [URL Removed] cellphone contract within the 7 day cooloff period and returned the cellphone. All was given as in order once I did this from the call centre.
I received a bill for two monthly payments two weeks ago. I have sent 6 emails and have also attempted to call the callcentre to have my call dropped.
My last Reference Number: 6980672 was from yesterday from:

I was told it would be escalated to the MTN Direct Department. This seems to be where it stops.
