Somewhere in July or August Moblies Plus called to offer me at MTN deal. However when the phone was delivered, I returned it to MTN Paarl on the same day without activating the sim cards or opening the cellphone's packaging but then I still got billed at the end of September. I have the reverence of the returned handset and simcards but yet they bill me. After that I've spoken to MTN direct to tell them to cancel it but they still haven't. I tried calling them today also but their lines isn't working. This is very poor customer service from MTN and MTN direct and I wouldn't advise anyone to get a contract at MTN.
