My expired contract was renewed without my permission. This was coupled with bad attitude and poor service.
I also requested a letter to do sim swap three days ago, to this day nothing came out of it, left without a phone for 7 days, after speaking to more than 3 consultants, almost everyday. All I am experiencing is passing of the buck. I am dissapointed and greately inconvenienced.
I regret the day I accepted an offer from Elite Mobile, I hope no one repeat the same mistake.
