I requested cancellation of my contract on 26 November 2012. Reference no 46448478 will confirm this. Virgin Mobile South Africa did not perform the cancellation as it was in their interest to get more money out of me. Its funny that the same thing has happened to other friends. This is just a caution to make others aware that their excuses are deliberate and not system failures.
Why am I been billed for services I never agreed to?
