I have cancelled my account in January and have sent all requested documents through to the cancellations department where-after they even confirmed receipt of the cancellation letter, but my contract is still not cancelled and they requested me to send them the cancellation letter again almost 2 months later.
Now I need to pay for this contract for this month too where it should have been cancelled already. The consultant even told me that even though they make mistakes I'm still liable for the payments.
Even after I have phoned Virgin Mobile so many times and they have given me so many referrence numbers and made so many promises they still get it wrong.
