Fed up completely!!

I had taken my phone in for repairs. i have had my blackberry 9810 for about a year now and in this year it had been replaced thrice already. This was the third one that had been sent back which i thought was completely rediculous and i had requested for a different model because i was just fed up replacing all the time. The repair centre had not bothered calling me back even though they claimed they had smsed me in which i had received none! I had to call them on numerous occassions to find out whats been happening. I called the repair centre yesterday and the lady says that they waiting on stock as the phone will be replaced again. I calledback today and theres a change of story now im told i have to pay a fee of R1300.00 else the phone will not be fixed i refuse to pay when all this phone has been doing is giving me problems!! Im still having to pay this phone as its on contract yet they wont fix it. Ive tried calling the branch numerous amount of times yet no answer. I have 3 contracts with mtn. Ive supported mtn for the past 8 years if not more but am choosing to have them cancelled because of lack
of communication and clearly this had been terrible service!!
