I hope that by writing this report, I will finally get some answers.
I applied for an ADSL Line to be installed into our apartment in Sonstraal Heights, Durbanville. I heard nothing and decided to phone Telkom and was then told that there is no ports available in our area and that Telkom might start fixing this problem starting April 2014.
How is this even possible? We live in the middle of Durbanville. I have escalated my complaint with Telkom and haven't heard anyting. Therefore escalating this report will not help.
Our area has a waiting list for adsl ports therefore fixing this infrastructure problem will assist a lot of different people.
Kindly assist with a solution to this problem, or supply me with another means of communication.
