I have had a response via Hello Peter and been told to phone the insurance department on 011 207 8000, on which i have now tries 3 times, and have been placed on hold for more than 10 minutes.
this is not acceptable, i pay full price for this call and i am not going to phone again, you need to phone me and give me the serivce i am paying every month for.
i want the insureance claim that we have submitted for the Samsung Experia honoured immediatly.
we have been paying the insurance premium and i will not accept that the phone was not insured as it had one of Nashua's other contract sims in it.
I WANT TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY WITH YOU PHONING ME.
