We applied for adsl in 2009 and after 6 months cancelled as no ports faulty lines. it was 2013 when we re applied with a new Telkom line and adsl service and nothing sorry you are not in the budget for 2014 waited more than a month just so they can tell me sorry cant help you everyday I phone them its a different story I need the adsl asap its very urgent and now I applied through razoweb who tells me we have ports with our supplier that bought ports with Telkom and still the story comes out sorry we have a problem yes Telkom you have cause you want the money in your pocket and not back in your company fix the stuff and built on better service more customers then when you are successful one day then start earning what you deserved for hard work and customer satisfaction
