MTN dropped the ball AGAIN!

3 years ago I decided to get myself the new iphone4 contract. The subscription was R389 a month with 70MB free data and R200 airtime. Everything went fine for almost 2 years. Every month was R389 as I hardly phone and I have wifi at home and work. The second to last month before my contract expires.. R1900 and my final month was R1600. When I called, I was told "it's data usage". They also don't do refunds.. they will credit my account. Hahaha. Anyway, I gave MTN the benefit of the doubt and wrote off the money, suspecting it may have been a rouge app or something. (Although since switching to pre-paid, back to normal).
I got over it and forgave and then recently applied for the UNCAPPED MTN 3G package at R299. My First months bill.. R1899. Second month R4860 and third month R2000. I'm not sure if Uncapped means the same to me as it does to them because each time I speak to someone (who cannot help, passes me on or promises me they will get back to me) I get told, "It's correct, you paying for the data you used". I don't know where to turn. I walked into MTN today and got spun another story. And now they want to charge me thousands to cancel my contract. Can anybody help??
