I took out a contract with MTN Direct, and the package I took was supposed to be about R350-R390 per month for everything and I get R200 per month and 250MB of data on my phone and I never used or went over the limit, I each month my previous months airtime and data got transferred to the next month and each month my bill was nearly R500 and then this month my bill came and it was R820 for no reason at all?? I still have money transferred from last months R200 and almost all my data from last month got transferred to this month so why is my bill so high?? My wife had a similar problem 2 years ago and she found out that MTN just look at a average you spend each month and then just charge you that and don't look at the exact amount you spent. Why does MTN take money that does not belong to them? To me MTN is from there customers!!
