Modem Repairs

I took my modem to the Boulders store for Repairs, and i was told it is going to take 24-25 days to be fixed. And i asked for a loan modem in the meantime as i need to connect to the internet. I have kids with their school work to do, i have my masters work to do at home as i am anable to do that at work. And i was told that there is no modem to loan me as they only had one modem and they have loaned that already. Who's problem is that, i asked and they said i must raise that with the Headoffice people. I phoned Rivonia corporate cellc and spoke to Danielle, Danielle reffered me to Sandton and i spoke to Marylyn and she also referred me to the Repairs department with the number 084 167 1000 and this number is like the 084 140 number that i started with and i wont even phone it as the service there is terrible, i am still waiting to hear from them as they are the first people i contacted. I am so angry at this moment as this is not the service that i expected at all
