Cell C has the worst customer service. You would really think after logging two Hello Peter complaints my problem that has been persisting since July 2012 will be resolved by now, I really don't want anything to do with the phone anymore, I would like to be reimbursed for my handset fee that I have been paying from the time they took in the phone for repairs, it has been proven that the staff employed at the CEO complaints department are not competent enough to resolve complaints. I'm still in shock that 3 different store managers from CELL Sanlam centre have been making promises to me which they failed to honour. I plead with Cell C to find me someone who can help me cancel the contract. I DONT WANT THE PHONE ANYMORE.
