Poor service

On 23 July 2013 Vodacom requested that I re-submit my BlackBerry Bold 9900 back to the repair centre, a week later I got calls from their repairs call centre where they were trying to sell me a new phone, I made it clear to them that I require my phone returned to me as I initially handed it to them.

Its been over a month now and all I get its promises that they'll get back to me.

What a pathetic service from Vodacom???
