I pay for a 4meg adsl line from mweb for longer than 15 months. 15 months ago I noticed a linespeed of less than 1 meg. This was reported to mweb and I was told that there were technical problems that they were working on in my area (that would soon be resolved) and that I would have the the linespeed that I am paying for back soon. After numerous inqueries over the next many months nothing happened to improve my problem. I was advised not to downgrade my line to 1 meg, seeing that the problem would be resolved. I have now developed bigger problems with my downloads (0.03kb/s) lately. I have been in contact with mweb everyday for the last 4 days with no effective response. I have paid for a 4 meg line for more than 15 months, with less than 1 meg service in that time every month! I have been very patient for a very long time and I am now! Please help!!
