11 Days and counting to port a numbe

On 31 December I visited Vodacom Centurion to have my number ported back to the network. All information was logged and indicated that my number is loaded for porting. It's 11 days later and my number is still not ported to Vodacom with the status still "has already been submitted"

How long does it take to port a number when my number conform to all porting rules set forth by Vodacom?
Is this the type of service to be expected from them?
