I have been struggling with Telkom for almost 2 months to get an ADSL line installed at my house. The technicians have been coming and going without any progress. This morning, Malesela Molefe was dispatched and I complained to him about the service and told him that there is a huge disconnect between the technical teams on the ground as 1 team is supposed to fix the line from Telkom to the switch and the other team is responsible for the line from the switch to the house. Neither of these teams put in any effort over the past 2 months and this morning Malesela vowed to not leave until all is fixed. He even involved his manager to mange the separate teams to ensure that the job gets done and doesn't drag for another 2 months. My line is now working and functional. Thanx Malesela Molefe for going the extra mile in assisting me. I wish Telkom would employ a thousand like you. You almost make it a pleasure to deal with Telkom. I should have taken your cell number for future assistance. Well done and thanxk you for the effort.
