I cannot get a Telkom line no matter what I try

I am running a photography/videography business, and need a telkom line for ADLS to upload the images to my clients. I have no signal inside my house and therefore cannot use a 3G dongle (I've tried). I desperately need ADSL but just cannot get assistance from Telkom!

I have tried speaking to the Secunda office, to technicians, I've tried complaining on Telkom's website, I've tried complaining on Hellopeter. No matter what I try, I just cannot get a telkom line. There is apparently no more space in the box. How is this possible? Surely Telkom should be upgrading their infrastructure over the years? Please can someone tell me what I need to do to be able to get a telkom line!
