Upgraded phone to blackberry bold 9900 in 2010. I have had to send my handset in to be repaired six times now and each time I receive a "refurbished" phone. I have asked numerous of times to be given a different blackberry model so as to not have this issue again and every time to be denied. It is waiting my time money and patience for far too long now. I am paying extra every month for this phone model and half the time I do not even have it as it is in for repairs. My upgrade is due in November and have asked to upgrade earlier and been denied and I am actually fed up with this all. Prepared to cancel my contract with Vodacom and move elsewhere to receive better service. I don't understand how I have to go through all of this while I am paying for this product and it NEVER works. It is driving me crazy that Vodacom can't help in this issue and sort it out. READY TO LEAVE VODACOM FOR GOOD!!!
