I took out this contract a year ago for an amount of R208 per month. i am now being charged R408. when contacting the callcentre, i am told that this is a handset charge, however, that is not the original contract. There is no meantion of an increase of R200 anywhere in the contract. I want this corrected or the contract cancelled with immediate effect and the additional money refunded to me. This is unacceptable and not the first time i am experiencing this problem. Somehow, this seems to be a norm with MTN. The number in question is 0838228319. i can be contacted onthe number below.
