I phoned Fedhealth yesterday and spent a good hour on the phone requesting information to be emailed to me, I received a reference number 1010132B88VS. The person helping me said he did not know how to email my requirements from the system and made me hold on forever while he found out how to do it. I have not received the information after all that time spent on the phone. I now have to sit and call again but when calling Fedhealth this morning their call centre is not open even though it is 8h40 in the morning. There is a recording that their office hours are from 8h30. Very poor service!
