Hi, i have been trying since thursday to get a settlement letter for my insurance company from you.
I have spent 34 mintues on hold my first time, then to have my call cut. I then tried again friday morning was on hold for 15 mintues, someone answered and put me back on hold for another 26. I then put the phone down. I have sent 2 emails to your care address, have heard nothing back
