9 Days and No Contract

My son went to MTN Fourways Mall and applied for a cellphone contract. He submitted all the necessary documents and waited 48 hours for outcome of the application. When he did not hear from the store, he called the store (from his girlfriends house in Fourways). The staff we unhelpful and then proceeeded to log his application as as he called from another number other than the numbers listed on his application. My son then went back to the store about 5 days later and re-applied and its no 9 days later and he has not even had a response from the Store. This is shocking service and something should be done about the Management and staff at this store.
