Lines down since Thurs. 15/08/2013

Our business lines are down, due to Telkoms lack of committment to repair lines faulty from the day of installation. This is causing BIG problems as we are not able to receive or make calls. This is putting a huge hold on our production, allowing our business to stand still. I am wondering if Telkom is going to compensate for the business lost. This is becoming a huge inconvenience with Telkom and phone problems.
