Application Woes

I applied for a unacapped telkom package in store on the 27th July 2013 and diligently completed the application form relevant to the promotion and was told that it would take up to 10 days before Telkom contact me to finalise everything and arrange for the installation. 14 days later I contacted (Fourways Dion Wired) to find out why I haven't been contacted by anyone to date and the consultant called back to inform me that the application was sent to Telkom and processed on the 27th July but they are delayed due to installing fibre optic cables in the area.

It is now the 21 August 2013 and 25 days since I have applied and STILL no call?! I called in again to Dion Wired Fourways only to be told they looking into it. During this time I decided to call Telkom myself to find out the status of my application and to my horror, there is NO record of any application! So I was not only to by a representative of Dion Wired but they don't seem to be interested at all! Let see if they will even bother to call back and advise on a way forward, but I'm not holding my breath, but what I am most disappointed how well Dion Wired can LIE! Wow
